DJ GROOVE - TRANCIN AND BREAKIN



Not much is known about Dj Groove other than the fact that he has also been able to wow crowds under other aliases, aka Weaselboy, etc. He is what many can consider a Wild Card to the lineup, being able to slip in and out of different genre's with relative ease. His sets also undergo a fine amount of blending as well as scratching to induce a mix that is all in its own. You may be familiar with the tracks he plays but have never heard it this way before.

First Promo is a half hour of Trance and Hard House, with the Second hour being a more energetic segment of breakbeats.

Rafi V is a native of Miami, FL. Growing up listening to Electronic music from an early age, the two groups that grasped his attention were Kraftwerk and Soul Sonic Force. These groups in conjunction with the "Miami Bass" sound is what sculpted this young talent. Then following House music from it's earlier days til now has been a ride of exploration.

His sound leans on the darker more insightful tip, but as with all art, glimpses of varying moods intertwine his sets. His skills were recognized from the get-go by the Groovewaves TV recording and videocasting studio, where he wowed both dj's and fans with his massive 2 hour house set. With a solid background in music, recording engineering, and studio production this is one to keep and eye on. Special things are to be expected from this Miamian and his sounds and will be shaking floors near you soon.
